I recently had the great pleasure of working with Margaret Watson of Wagner Reality. I live in New York City and had to sell my parents home in the Sarasota / Bradenton Florida area. I received an informative promotional letter in NYC from Margaret Watson detailing her history and expertise in selling homes in Garden Lakes Villas & Estates. Margaret was the first and only realtor I met with. I flew to Florida to meet with her at my parents home. She arrived on time and very well prepared for our fist meeting. I knew nothing about selling a house. Margaret spent hours with me explaining the entire process from start to finish. She was professional, frank, elegant and completely on point. To me she was like the Mary Tyler Moore of the Real estate World in Florida. I signed with Margaret Watson immediately and I’m so glad and blessed that I did. My Parents home was owned by a Trust setup by my parents. My mother has Alzheimer’s and I’m her Power of Attorney making selling the home to pay for my moms care a little more complicated. This was not a problem with Margaret on board. Margaret walked me through every step I had to take to open a Trust Account and even worked with our families lawyer to make sure all my legal paperwork was in place to sell our home. Margaret’s absolutely amazing. I completely trusted her with my parent’s home which was also being sold fully furnished. While the house was on the market she continued to check on it as I live in NYC. Before the hurricane hit she went over to put all our patio furniture in the garage and made sure our home was ready for the big hit. She made our Closing a breeze. My brother didn’t have to fly in from San Diego or I from NYC to get it all done. Every phone call, text or email was responded to immediately. It can be a big and overwhelming process to go through not with Margaret Watson selling your parents’ home. The one and only realtor we would ever use! She has helped us through so many journeys. She helped us buy our first home (2018) she walked us through the entire buying process from beginning to end and still on, since then our family has been very close to her. We recently listed our vacation property in Bradenton with Margaret Watson. We live in Kentucky so all our communications were through phone, email, or text. Not one time did we ever feel Margaret was unresponsive. She is like me (a details person), so very affable, and just a JOY to work with. The loan for the buyer to purchase our property had to come through a non local lender so Margaret had to do a ton of communication with the out of state bank and the title company....she Excelled!
