I recently had the great pleasure of working with Margaret Watson of Wagner Reality. I live in New York City and had to sell my parents home in the Sarasota / Bradenton Florida area. I received an informative promotional letter in NYC from Margaret Watson detailing her history and expertise in selling homes in Garden Lakes Villas & Estates. Margaret was the first and only realtor I met with. I flew to Florida to meet with her at my parents home. She arrived on time and very well prepared for our fist meeting. I knew nothing about selling a house. Margaret spent hours with me explaining the entire process from start to finish. She was professional, frank, elegant and completely on point. To me she was like the Mary Tyler Moore of the Real estate World in Florida. I signed with Margaret Watson immediately and I’m so glad and blessed that I did. My Parents home was owned by a Trust setup by my parents. My mother has Alzheimer’s and I’m her Power of Attorney making selling the home to pay for my moms care a little more complicated. We recently listed our vacation property in Bradenton with Margaret Watson. We live in Kentucky so all our communications were through phone, email, or text.
