Located 10 miles up Tampa Bay and then the Manatee River from the Gulf of America, also greatly lessens the impact of any storm surge. The marina is constructed of floating concrete docks. This allows you to easily secure your vessel without having to worry about tidal changes! Amenities include two onsite fresh water swimming pools, one for family and the second for adults. The Dockside Grille and Social Bar is also located directly at the end of center dock providing an inviting place to meet friends for cocktails, dining as well as entertainment and dancing 4 nights a week to live music on the patio. For personal gatherings and special events, there is a large social dock complete with 3 gas grills and tables, seating, umbrellas for approximately 60 to 70 people. There are also bathrooms/showers located on the side of the restaurant building as well as laundry facilities with brand new washers and dryers that accept credit and debit cards, no need to worry about quarters. The marina itself is in a very safe, secure location and also has controlled, gated access to the docks. The dock staff is of the highest quality and more than willing to assist in any needs you may have. There is also onsite fueling with prices maintained and monitored weekly to ensure they are below all the local public marinas. Should you wish to purchase a slip as an investment for a future need, the marina office will actively manage your slip in their rental pool. They only charge a 7% management fee, meaning, you keep $.93 of every dollar that comes in! Live aboard is also a possibility as the marina has 55 live abord permits available on a first come, first served basis.
